Is haqoo an LMS?
No. A learning management system typically manages learning content, learners, learning paths and progress. haqoo starts earlier in the process: with the question of which training is needed, which providers fit and how offers turn into a well-founded decision.
Who is haqoo for?
Primarily for HR and Learning & Development teams who organise training for employees and departments. At the same time, training providers benefit from better structured and more relevant requests.
How does the training agent work?
You describe a training need in natural language first. haqoo helps structure goals, audience, constraints and requirements, and then brings this information together with suitable offers and participants.
Does AI replace HR's decision?
No. haqoo takes over structuring, research and coordination work. Suggestions can be reviewed and extended. The professional assessment and the final decision stay with people.

Not yet – haqoo is still being developed. We are deliberately using this phase to develop the product against real processes, together with organisations, HR and L&D leads and training providers.
