For HR, Learning & Development and people development

From training need
to the right solution.

Training requests come from teams and business units – often without a clear goal, format or suitable provider yet. haqoo helps clarify the need, find suitable offers and prepare decisions.

  • Less research.
  • Less back-and-forth.
  • Better grounds for decisions.

need being clarified

Illustrative example of a training need. Not live data.

How a request becomes a concrete training.

haqoo structures the path from the first need to a prepared decision.

Request a demo
  1. A need comes in

Employees, teams or managers describe what they need.

  2. Understand first, then search

haqoo helps turn an initially vague request into a more concrete training need.

  3. Research suitable providers and offers

Existing partners can be considered just as much as further suitable providers.

  4. Prepare the options in a structured way

Information on offers and providers is brought together and made easier to compare.

  5. HR decides

    haqoo prepares. You decide.

What haqoo changes for HR

Organising training should not become a project of its own.

It is not the single Google search that takes time. It is the sum of clarifying, researching, comparing, following up and aligning.

Today

  • The need often comes in vague.
  • Follow-up questions are handled manually.
  • Providers are researched one by one.
  • Websites, offers and information are scattered.
  • Several people have to be coordinated.
  • The decision has to be explained and aligned internally.

With haqoo

  • The need is structured.
  • Research is brought together.
  • Providers and offers become easier to compare.
  • Existing partners stay involved.
  • HR gets a better basis for the decision.

Not another learning platform. The layer before it.

LMS and learning platforms organise learning once a training has been decided. haqoo supports the process before that: understanding the need, finding options and preparing a decision.

  1. Need

    from teams and business units

  2. haqoo

    clarify, research, prepare

  3. Decision

    made by HR

  4. Existing systems and providers

LMS, learning platforms, training providers – this is where the training happens

Framework agreements, preferred suppliers, long-standing partners

Your existing partners remain part of the process.

haqoo does not replace your provider landscape. It helps you make better use of it.

Trusted providers and framework-agreement partners can be considered deliberately. Further providers are added where they are a useful complement.

Existing providers

Further suitable providers

Structured basis for the decision

Not just finding offers. Understanding the need first.

A training request often starts with a topic – not with a clearly defined learning goal. That is why haqoo does not start with the provider search, but with clarifying what is actually needed.

Only on that basis are suitable providers and offers searched for.

The more clearly the need is described, the better the chance that the chosen training actually fits the participants’ tasks, level and situation.

haqoo prepares. You decide.

haqoo takes on clarification, research and preparation work. No AI decides on your training.

Traceable
You can understand how a recommendation or selection comes about.
Complementary
Existing expertise, providers and processes remain relevant.
Decided by people
The final choice stays with you.

In development – with pilot partners

haqoo is being built together with the people who organise training.

haqoo is currently being developed further. We work from real requirements in HR, people development and training procurement – not from assumptions.

Pilot partners have an early say in how haqoo works and which features come next.

The idea behind haqoo

Built with you. In time, also: carried by you.

The people and organisations who use haqoo should, in time, also be able to take part in its further development and direction – for example on questions like:

  • Which features do we really need?
  • Which quality rules apply in the network?
  • How should haqoo handle data and AI?

haqoo is backed by oose eG, which is already a cooperative. What a collective model for haqoo looks like in practice is still open and is meant to be worked out together.

More about the idea behind haqoo

No single platform should decide for everyone.

The participants should be able to help shape the rules.

The people behind haqoo

We know training from more than a software perspective.

haqoo is built at oose – an employee-run cooperative that has been designing, delivering and advising on training itself for more than 20 years.

Frequently asked questions

What haqoo is, what it can do today and what it does not take over.

What exactly is haqoo?

haqoo supports HR and people development on the way from a training request to a decision: clarifying the need, researching suitable providers and offers, and preparing the options so they can be compared. You make the decision.

Is haqoo an LMS or a learning platform?

No. LMS and learning platforms organise learning once a training has been decided. haqoo comes in before that – with the question of which training is needed and which offer fits. Your LMS stays as it is.

What happens to our existing training providers?

They remain part of the process. Trusted providers and framework-agreement partners can be considered deliberately; further providers are only added where they are a useful complement.

How does haqoo help clarify the need?

You describe the need in your own words. haqoo structures goals, audience, format and constraints and shows which information is still missing – for example on prior knowledge or timing.

Does haqoo automatically decide which training is booked?

No. haqoo prepares information and options. Suggestions can be reviewed and extended. The professional assessment and the final choice stay with you.

Who is haqoo for?

For HR, Learning & Development and people development – especially in organisations where training requests from teams and business units come in regularly.

How far along is haqoo – and how do we become a pilot partner?

haqoo is currently being developed further with organisations and training providers on real cases. If you would like to become a pilot partner, write to info@haqoo.de – ideally with a typical training request from your day-to-day work.

What does the cooperative idea behind haqoo mean?

The people and organisations who use haqoo should, in time, also be able to take part in its further development and direction. What exactly this model looks like is something we want to develop together.
