The idea behind haqoo
Built with you. In time, also: carried by you.
Our vision goes beyond software. We want to develop haqoo into a cooperatively organised infrastructure for professional learning.
Organisations, training providers and other participants should not only be users of a platform. In time, they should be able to shape it, participate in it and have a say on the questions that matter.
What that means in practice
This page is a starting point. How the cooperative model behind haqoo is shaped in detail is something we develop together with the people involved. These questions are still open, for example:
- Which features do we really need?
- What makes a good match?
- Which quality rules apply in the network?
- How should haqoo handle data and AI?
No single platform decides for everyone. The participants develop the rules together.
Why we believe in it
We believe the infrastructure for lifelong learning can be organised more fairly, more transparently and more collectively.
The origin of this idea is not far away. haqoo is backed by oose – an employee-run cooperative with many years of experience in professional learning, consulting and organisational development. For us, working cooperatively is not theory but everyday practice.
